Employees: 25 years in Group A (Central Govt.) service including 5 years in SAG.                                           OR For Absorbee Employees in CPEs: 25 years in Group A (Central Govt.) & CPSE service including 5 years in E-8/SAG Level                                          OR For CPSE Employees: 25 years service in Executive Cadre in a CPSE  including 5 years service as GM ( E-8 or SAG Level) in the CPSEs following CDA scales)                                          OR For Departmental Candidates: 5 years of service as GM (E-8 Level), including the period of deputation.
Age Limit	i) For deputation/absorption, the age of the applicant should be below 55 years of age as on the last date of submission of application. ii) For departmental candidates, there is no age limit and the selection will be treated as a promotion.
