Educational Qualification: He or she should be Officers of the Central/State Govt. or autonomous bodies.

1. Holding analogous post on regular basis; or

2. with Eight years regular service in the grade of Lower Division clerk or equivalent

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
