Education Qualification: for Candidates should possess Master’s Degree in Geological Science or Geology or Applied Geology or Geo-Exploration for Category I Posts

3. Chemist Group A: posts in Geological Survey of India.

4. Jr. Hydro geologists (Scientist B) Group A: posts in Central Ground Water Board

Education Eligibility :Masters Degree or M. Sc. in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry with Geology or Applied Geology or Marine Geology from a university, Master’s Degree in Hydrogeology from a recognized university for Category II Posts.

Upsc geologist Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 years and 35 years for Category I Posts and 21-35 years for Jr Hydro geologists Post and 21-32 years for Assistant Hydrogeologists posts. Age limit should be reckoned as on 01-08-2018. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Application Fee Details Candidates have to pay the fee of Rs.200/ by remitting the money in any Branch of SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of State Bank of India ANY BRANCH.SC/ST/Female/PH candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
