Bank Part Time Jobs 2016 Sir Sorabji Pochkhanawala Bankers Training College part time jobs today 2017 Mumbai for student a leading in house Officers Training College jointly owned by Central Bank of India and Dena Bank, is looking for retired bank officer from any public sector bank either in Scale III / IV and with relevant qualification and expertise as under, for appointment on Contractual basis as warden for carrying out duties of hostel warden under guidance of Principal/ Vice Principal of the college.
The candidate shall be appointed on Bank part time jobs Mumbai for student Contract basis for a period of two years and may be terminated by either side by giving one month’s notice. Renewal of the contract at Institute’s sole discretion in terms of extant policies and rules.
Category wise post:
Warden on Contractual Appointment age limit will be Less than 64 years.
Essential: A Graduate from recognized University with Computer knowledge.
i) Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.
ii) He should possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
iii) He should be physically fit.
iv) Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of Training College/Hostel administration.
3. Contract Amount:
The contract amount shall be fixed as the last pay and allowances drawn by the officer less the amount of pension to be drawn/being drawn by him/her OR Rs. 30,000/- per month, whichever is less.
4. Leave:
The candidate shall not be entitled for any other Leave except Casual Leave of 1 day per completed month, during the contract period.
5. Job Profile:
The primary job will be to ensure the pleasant stay of Hostel inmates which inter-alia includes , ensuring their smooth entry /exit , safety, well -being, assuring food quality, timely availability of all facilities of infrastructure in the Hostel and addressing any emergency arising for the same on 24X7 basis as per Training calendar of the College. The prospective candidate is also expected to perform the following :
To Implement the policy/procedures laid down by the college on the running of the hostels, messes and other facilities within the hostel in consultation with Principal/ Vice Principal of the college.
- To plan for up gradation of Facilities in the hostels pertaining to house- keeping, maintenance,
catering and security in consultation with Principal/ Vice Principal of the college.
- To ensure maintenance of Discipline in and around the Hostel
- Any other responsibility assigned by the Principal/ Vice Principal.
6. Selection Procedure
The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview by the panel appointed by the Institute and the decision of the panel in this regard shall be final.
7. Submission of application
Eligible candidates have to submit their applications in the given format (Annexure A).
Last date for receipt of application is 24.07.2016 No application shall be entertained beyond the stipulated date. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
